A&R Property managed our rental property for 2 years before we decided to sell. We found both Amy and Alastair as extremely competent and pleasant to deal with. When first preparing the property for rent, Alastair went above and beyond assisting us, a great help given we live in Melbourne and could... not attend to matters in person. Advertising, screening and selecting tenants, liaising with the tenants, regular reporting and inspections, attending to any needed repairs and maintenance were all handle seamlessly and efficiently. So much difficulty I am having in summarising the work ethic & attributes of the A&R Property Group for my review that I honestly could fill many A4 pages worth of praises. During a time of personal struggles, trust was my largest hurdle.
